My stay wasn't what I hoped for at this hotel. Initially, they put us in a room that didn’t match our reservation, and despite several attempts to rectify it, we ended up in basic accommodations that felt cramped and outdated. The dining options were lackluster and often the same, which made meals unexciting. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and approachable, which made the experience slightly better despite the other issues.

The hotel has some positives like a well-maintained pool area and a decent location close to the beach, but unfortunately, the experience is heavily overshadowed by disappointing dining options and poorly maintained rooms. The overall value for money could be better, especially considering the lack of quality food and services.

This hotel has a lot of potential with its modern amenities and engaging entertainment options, but not everything met my expectations. While I appreciated the variety of food and overall cleanliness of the facilities, my experience was diminished by the quality of the room and service. Overall, there were some standout features, but also significant drawbacks that could affect future stays.
