My stay wasn't what I hoped for at this hotel. Initially, they put us in a room that didn’t match our reservation, and despite several attempts to rectify it, we ended up in basic accommodations that felt cramped and outdated. The dining options were lackluster and often the same, which made meals unexciting. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and approachable, which made the experience slightly better despite the other issues.
